Your complete cleanse starts with a full body salt polish, preparing and vitalizing your skin surface. Next you’re escorted to your private cedar sauna experience, activating the upper layers of the skin and its immune defences. Focus on breath, stillness and mindfulness while experiencing sauna is recommended for full experience.
From there, your ritual continues inside the spa with a full body massage to complete this experience, leaving your skin hydrated, and soothed and your mind completely at ease.

Through a state of deep relaxation, allow yourself to escape, release what no longer serves you, and make room for what does.
Start to ease your mind and release negativity as you step into your private cedar sauna, experience stillness and use meditative breath to help calm your mind and release unwanted toxins.
From there your therapist will escort you to begin your rebalancing therapy, starting with a ‘crystal therapy’ to choose the perfect element & appropriate crystal for you and to be used within your treatment for massage; black obsidian – grounding, rose quartz – self love, or clear quartz – balancing, are your choices. All have beneficial healing properties.
A full body dry brush massage, sugar salt scrub, and rehydration, leading into a 60 minute specialized facial treatment using crystal infused products to further enhance your experience.
This full body treatment was designed to enhance relaxation, reduce emotional stressors and balance and balance your mood and emotional state, creating a glow inside and out.
