Join us for Fieldstone Spa’s third annual outdoor Christmas market!

This family friendly Outdoor European inspired Christmas Market is the way to bring in the holiday spirit and enjoy being all festive with your family.

The market will feature holiday festivities, Live Music, Bonfires, Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides, S’mores and warm fireside Beverages. Improved dining experience with local food provided by Prep Food Co., featuring 4 stations of wood fired pizza, Chili, Sliders, and Tacos. Festive sweets & treats, many Local Artisans will be highlighted as well as Christmas Tree sales, Exclusive Spa Specials and Giveaways, free Eminence products, multiple door prizes!

   Tickets being sold for event, 400 per time slot (800 per night)

   Adult $20, child 12 and under Free

Friday December 3rd 5pm-9pm (5pm-7pm + 7pm-9pm)

Saturday December 4th 5pm-9pm (5pm-7pm + 7pm-9pm)

Fieldstone Spa – 8488 Smylie Road, Cobourg ON

Set up to begin at 2pm, Tear down will begin at 9pm-no earlier!

This event is being reviewed for approval by Public Health.

Please complete and return to by Nov 01/21 for review and approval. If approved, provide printed material for welcome packages, material needs to be delivered to Fieldstone Spa no later than Nov 21st/2020.

In order to ensure a diverse number of vendors and products available for sale, not all vendors may be selected. A submitted application does not guarantee a vendor space.

Vendor space will be confirmed by Nov 5th/21.


This event is being held outdoors at Fieldstone Spa.

All vendor space is outdoors, and you will be on grass or dirt. There are limited vendor spaces available under cover on our porch.

All vendor spaces will be 8 feet x 8 feet

Limited space available under cover 8×8 – $75 HST Included

Open air space 10×10 – $75 HST Included; a small pop up tent is included and the only lighting included is ambience lighting

Limited 8-foot tables will be available to rent for $5

Contained, Fire Logs are available to purchase for heat and lighting $25 each

Welcome packages are being given to each attendee of market, if you would like to add printed material, this is available to you at your cost.

  • All vendor space will be designed and spread out to ensure social distancing can occur
  • Each vendor will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of the event
  • Each vendor must provide their own hand sanitizer for the public to use prior to touching any items within our vendor space
  • Each vendor is required to use hand sanitizer following every transition/payment
  • Directional flow will be established throughout the event space
  • Each vendor will be required to sign and return a contract prior to the event
  • Payment must accompany the signed contract to confirm vendor space
  • Fieldstone Spa will NOT assume any responsibility of losses that may be incurred from pilfering, water damage, fire, accident or any other cause. Vendors are advised to insure their own good against any such
  • Each vendor must self-screen for COVID prior to entering the grounds on the day of the event.
  • Vehicles must be parked outside of the event space while the event is open to the public. Parking is available on the Fieldstone Spa property outside the event space.
  • Event will proceed regardless of weather
