Yin Yoga, Hatha & Morning Flow classes available suitable from beginner – intermediate.
Wednesday 930am and 5pm
Thursday – Sunday 9:30am
Enjoy a guided Meditation outdoors while being submersed in nature. This experience starts with a guided meditation walk, finishing in our ‘restorative’ Bell Tent, set within the trees overlooking the rolling hills of Northumberland county.
Private Yoga Classes
Yin Yoga, Hatha & Morning Flow classes available suitable from beginner – intermediate is available all year as a private class for up to 2-6 people per class.
Commonly known as Sleep Yoga, 20 minute of Nidra Yoga = 3 hours of Sleep! An immensely powerful guided meditation technique that can be added to beginning or end of treatment or as a stand alone treatment.

Private Guided Meditation Walks
Enjoy the outdoors any season with a 20-30 minute nature walk, while experiencing a Guided Meditation Experience.
~ groups of 2-6, $25pp
YOGA + LUNCH
Spend some time surrounded by the sounds & scents of nature. Allow yourself the escape…under 2 hours and you’ll feel rested, rejuvenated, and empowered to take on the rest of your day/week!
Benefit from a Private Yoga class on outdoor platform set within the trees, afterwards find your perfect spot for lunch on covered porch or we’ll pack you up a full picnic to take somewhere quiet on the grounds.
Choose from Hatha, Yin or Flow type of Yoga class
Choose type of gourmet board for lunch, charcuterie, cheese or sunrise (famous banana bread + yogurt and granola parfait)
